They have is one faux pocket in the back. It seems like almost every negative post makes absolutely no mention of physical exercise. I would highly recommend this program to everyone! My biggest issue with the Nutri System food was that it would give me headaches. With the Flex Belt my abdominal muscles are getting a great workout, and i really think thats what making a difference in my waistline, more than the NutriSystem. My experience with NutriSys has been good.

They sent the second order before my first order was finished. I had no idea I was committing for auto refill orders. Good luck getting any more money from me I cancelled by pay pal authorization. I have resolved the problem with Nutrisystem through another website. I didn't know this when I originally call to cancel my account. Not that I like it, I understand that it was to be paid now.
I was on hold for several minutes and when he finally came back he proceeded to tell me that his supervisor was at lunch and would called me back when she returned, "Oh and by the way here's your conformation for your cancellation".
At that time I received an email from my PayPal account, advising me that I just made a payment to Nutrisystem. The man had the nerve to charge my account while he had me on hold. I have called everyday, each rep has told me what he did was ok. This is so sad, that he could do this behind my back and it be ok.
My call is being reviewed now sure it is but, we all know how this is going to end. I will continue to call each day until I get a call back. He knew what he was doing was wrong, why else would he have to sneak and charge me. I want an apology and someone to tell me what he did was wrong! If I were Marie Osmond, I wouldn't want to be known as a spokeperson for a company that has such bad reviews. BBB alone has 99 bad reviews and I am getting ready to add another.
I guess that wasn't necessary to be said. We decided to try Nutrisystem for what we thought was a 28 day plan. It turned out they automatically sign you up for an auto-plan and a second box arrived. We never opened it , called Nutrisystem and they said to send it back for a refund. I would never suggest to anyone to try Nutrisystem because the sign up process does not make clear that you cannot try it for one month.
Very deceitful and dishonest and I gave them one star because I was not allowed to write a review and not check at least one star. To make things worse, the program didn't work; lost 4 pounds!
Nutrisystem did get back to me, their response was just a repetition of what they had said before. Their customer service is worthless. Nutrisytem's customer service is horrific. It's not just buying the food , I thought that maybe nutrisystem might care about the person buying the food. I've had a headache since I started eating there food , maybe due to the huge amount of sodium and chemicals they use.
I asked for a refund well within 14 days I have had to speak to at least 8 different people with no help. I was screamed at , threatened , and degrated. I ordered all frozen food. Nutrisytem added in a Free bag of cookies Now I can not get my money back because nutrisystem is shipping a free bag of cookies I never even ordered I was told by the last representative No cookies No refund Nutrisystem is a disgusting company with horrible food and abusive representatives If nutrisystem refuses to refund my money that will be a major issue.
I'm not calling your company to be screamed at or threatened Buyer beware!!!!! You have a sales pitch but do NOT honor your own policies and treated me like dirt which I do not appreciate A simple refund should of been done. You are a horrible company that shouldn't be allowed to be in business! Being prepackaged food, for the most part it was ok. Pros - Receive shipments instead of grocery shopping, did not have to prepare meals; Cons - Expensive, a lot of fiber which did not do well with my digestive system, did not fill me up, customer service was pushy when I tried to cancel.
Overall, if you can afford it and aren't a picky eater if might work for you. They are a rip off. Then they ask you to return it on your own cost to get a refund. Here's the bigger part of the rip off. When you sign up, the discounted price is offered if you sign up for "Auto Delivery".
That means that if you planned to try it for a month, they will send you the next order even if you don't want it and you have to pay for it. With my salary I'm raising twins. I am traveling a lot because my work sends me overseas often. I ordered several times from NutriSystem. They are good until you ask to cancel. At that moment you have two options: To buy smaller order they want to steal money from you 2.
When i ordered last time it was the option One-Time Delivery: So, NutriSystem is going down. They are not making new customers maybe, and they are trying to squeeze their existing customers. They don't care that i will never order from them. They don't care that i told them on the phone that i will write bad reviews about them. They just see a second of taking some money, like they are in the margin of bankruptcy. I am telling you, they are stealing money from all of you that order at NutriSystem..
Just eat half portions, drink a lot of water, don't eat junk food, and there you go, you got your own NutriSystem. Don't give money to thiefts. I've done Nutrisytem twice and gained all the weight back. I was actually going to try again just now, but I quickly changed my mind when I scrolled down read the fine print. Make sure you read all the fineprint carefully! First off, who is going to go to the trouble of packing up all that food, driving to the post office, and paying for the shipping??
Sales tactics like this are used by shady companies that most of us avoid, knowing we'll likely be ripped off. Their website has been purposely redesigned to be confusing, and the food is pretty bad, even if you decide to roll the dice anyway. I would stay away from them. The have an enormous cancelation fee that they really do an exceptional job of hiding. The customer service reps won't tell you it exists until after they have processed your cancelation.
You will receive no paperwork detailing the fee and they will brick-wall you if you attempt to contact them about it. They have a customer experience team at "consumerexperience nutrisystemdotcom" who combs review sites like this offering to talk to people and assuage their bad experiences, but the email does not appear to have anyone on the other end managing inquiries.
There should be a no sign up for people with certain health issues. I want a refund due to dietary recommendation to stop nutrisytem.
I attempted the program three different times, about a year apart, and discontinued it all three times for the same reason I would call, and they would replace the outdated item, but they replaced it with another outdated item.
The date stamp on the outer packaging was current, but when when you removed the item from its box to prepare it, the date stamp on the inside contents was badly outdated. A while after canceling, I'd receive a call from a representative with a special offer for me to rejoin with assurance that the outdated food problem had been resolved.
So if you're considering this program, please think again. It's too expensive, and you pay for dried up, way outdated food.
