I am doing the 5 day flex plan, but am contemplating upgrading to the full 7-day program as it really is a no brainer and I am concerned about having the liberty to choose my own meals on the weekends that has proven to be very dangerous! When I was on the Nutrisystem plan it worked for me. Any problems that you may read about online are obviously one off items and not a consistent trend. However, the results are usually weak and inconsistent and certainly nothing to get excited about. At the end of the day, the only thing that is really proven to help you lose weight is changing your diet. Exercise can help too, but what you eat is by far the most important.
